Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Panache. In the event that you are not, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. Corrective services should be handled 5 days from the initial service date and will be no cost to you. The only exception to this is if you changed your mind about the end result. We are still happy to work out a plan of action with you to have you happy.
We understand we are not perfect. Hair services especially, are not an exact science and occasionally need adjusted. We are happy to do this for you, no need to feel bad, it’s just part of the process!
Please keep in mind, your hair history is very important, using box color or going from darker to lighter may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. Also, very often can cause the processing result to be unexpected, no matter who your stylist is. Consultations and correct expectations are key.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. We want you to love your service and understand we are not perfect and sometimes adjustments need to be made.
Right to Refuse Service
Panache reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff. This includes yelling, obscene language and unreasonable expectations.
Return Policy
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 14 days of original purchase.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both all of our guests and our staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, may result in 50% of the cost of services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.
Online Scheduling
Occasionally, the service you select online is not the service required to achieve your request results. This could mean we need to change the appointment time or the cost could be different than the display cost at time of booking. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.
No Show
If an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee charge of 50-100 % of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis.
Please be advised if you NO SHOW on a Re-Do appointment we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Late
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are valid for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
All gift certificates are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are valid for all products and services available at the time of redemption.
Children
Our children's menu pricing is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a child under the age of 16 is receiving a color or waxing service, a consent form must be signed by a parent prior to the service being performed.
Head Lice
It is against NYS state law to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
