I've never had a bad experience here. I grew up in the area and never went to this salon because it was more expensive. I live in DC now and plan my trips home around when I need to get my roots done/hair trimmed so I can come to Panache. I've been to three different stylists and all are amazing. I don't think going to one of the salons in DC I would get higher quality work. I called on Tuesday wanting an appointment on Saturday for partial highlights, trim, and bikini wax and they were able to get me in. Last time I went in was on a weekday and didn't have enough change for the meter and the stylist got some change for me and put it in the meter for me. I've never had any problems with the front desk staff, they are always friendly and offer me a drink when I come in.

I loved my experience at Panache! It's a very cute salon. I got a haircut and a manicure; both turned out exactly how I wanted. My wife and I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon to where we feel comfortable and we found exactly that at panache. Plus booking my appointments online was super simple and the prices were really reasonable!

I, as well as most of my friends, have gone to Panache for years. No matter if you arrive early or late, they are always ready.The staff is friendly and outgoing, up to date and ready to please. I always look forward to my appointments with Nicole, and my fresh brewed cup of coffee.

My boyfriend and I called in on a Saturday for a same day appt which they were able to accommodate for us. When we first walked in we were greeted and offered a drink, we were then taken back right at our appointment time. Amanda did my shellac manicure and did an absolutely amazing job. My boyfriend isn't sure the name of the person who did his spa pedicure but she also did an amazing job. From start to finish we were both highly satisfied, we will definitely be back next time we are in town, thank you all for a great experience!

My wife and I were staying on the lake and after a long week of sleeping in a strange bed and boating with our kids we were ready for a small getaway. I called in the morning on a Thursday and was able to book a manicure for my wife and an hour long massage for myself that afternoon. When we arrived they greeted us by name and took us immediately to our respective services. I believe my masseuse's name was Amanda and the massage was incredible! The upstairs spa area was very nice, quiet and professional. Felt totally relaxed and rejuvenated after.
